At Monkey One, breathwork is not about relaxation for its own sake. It’s about state control. We work with the A.R.T of Breathing:

Under pressure, breathing patterns often become shallow, fast, and unconscious. That single shift narrows focus, increases reactivity, and drains energy — even in highly capable people.
Through breathwork, we coach individuals and teams to change state deliberately. To regulate emotions, restore presence, recover more effectively, and access real energy rather than adrenaline.
Breath is always available. When used intentionally, it becomes one of the most reliable tools for sustainable performance.
