Throughout my journey, I’ve been guided by incredible mentors and coaches who’ve helped me grow not just as a leader, but as a person. Now, through this boutique coaching practice, I have the privilege to give back — working closely with individuals who want to reach their full potential.
For the past three years, Mike Irving has been my coach. His teachings on communication and centred breathing have reshaped how I lead, think, and live — revealing the power of breath and clarity in every moment.
I am an OpenEXO consultant and advocate, applying exponential organisation principles to help leaders and businesses scale with clarity and intent.
